Comment | I'm sorry to hear this. It sounds like you're close to being overwhelmed. When I've been there I've found it helpful to just release the thoughts, like opening a pressure valve. It doesn't solve it but it's enough to give some room to think about other things and breathe.
It sounds hopeful you've got help coming. Hold on to that. In the meantime there are loads of people and orgs who can listen. Try one a day until help comes, maybe just to release that constant pressure of the thoughts?
