Hey,

I'm so sorry you are going through this. Was going through something similar last year and I'm still here. If you are in the south side of the city you can self refer to the wellbeing services on Florence St. I spoke to a psychologist from there who referred me to the more intensive services and the waiting list was long but when the help finally arrived I've managed to become much more stable.

The nhs 111 mental health services are great, they were the kindest to me out of all the professionals I dealt with before working with the psychologist. I'd really recommend contacting them to chat.

Lifelink counselling is also free and you can self refer. Also speak to your gp - meds are not for everyone but for me they are the reason I am still here.

Other things that have helped me is is sport, sobriety, friends and books. Playing football is the only time I'm not worrying about something!

You are not alone. Its a dark place to be but things will get better. If you need to chat hmu. X
