They went into my flat before I moved out, took pics of it and submitted them and said I left it that way. I was in process of moving out. They didn't tget permission or consent to go in. I lost my full deposit on that despite I actually cleared and even repainted before handing the keys back.
They also (same guy I mentioned) showed me a flat on same street where I lived and it was a fucking tip. It was presumably his friend who lived there and the place was just full of trash and cat litter and reeked of smoke.
