| Comment | Its not a theory, its a fact. licencing works by looking at each bar on its merits, they can ask certain pubs to follow certain rules based on their own specific circumstsnces and constraints. Inn deep is about 100 times busier than lock 27 for a start. Also as I recall L27 has a few tables that can be accessed wothout having to walk on the NCP. Inn Deep is directly constrained, ie you cant get to the outside arch without walking on the NCP. I dont know about West. |
