Comment | What the other guy said is right. I've been with virgin for 3 of their contracts and after each one I've been landed with massive monthly bill hikes. Each time this happens I get a new contract with BT or something (any other supplier that allows cancellations/a 'cooling off' period), wait for Virgin to call back (or call them up to cancel my account), and generally end up with a new contract with Virgin and a big discount.
To be fair though, this is what I've had to do with every supplier I've been with. |
