| Comment | I'd disagree with the disease part because heart disease isn't exactly what we imagine a disease to be but nobody disputes that being a disease, so in my eyes ceoliac is still a disease... although you're completely right about what you're saying. My partner is a fan of pizza hut's gf pizzas, but it's a hit or miss if they have the gf bases in stock. McDonald's do accidentally gluten free food. It might be handy in your daughters case! My partner usually gets fries, veggie dippers or the mcplant meal without the bun and she'll use a Gf bun instead (bringing it with her or taking McDonald's home).
