Honestly you won't get anywhere as they deliberately make it difficult to contact them. I've had similar and they take no responsibility. But the seller can raise a claim with Hermes/Evri and depending on what it is, they should send you a replacement item. I'd keep chasing the seller up as Hermes only really respond to the person or company who sent the parcel.
