Another vote here for the pot still. Has all the whisky you need. If you’re in the east end there’s a small bar called “ the Gate” they have a great selection in a smaller more intimate setting.

If you find yourself in Edinburgh I would highly recommend booking the Johnny Walker experience. Five drams from their distilleries scattered across Scotland.
