Case in point, my ol' dad decided he wanted a king sized bed and went down to buy a mattress there. Dad insisted he wanted something firmer than the firm one he already had. Sales guy advised against it saying the extra firm was very firm, lo' and behold a couple years later dad has spent a fortune on mattress toppers and the like because he wouldn't listen. Keep in mind the extra firm was a fair few notes more than the regular firm.
Basically they don't try and upsell you and an extra firm is definitely an extra firm. |
