If you’re a man, a friend of my brother’s runs a charity called Brothers In Arms. I think they meet in pubs/ cafes across the city centre/ west end weekly for casual chat about mental health/ whatever else.
Haven’t been myself yet but have heard great things and see a lot of guys walking around sporting their T-shirts.
