Don’t know if it’s exactly what you’re looking for but Kelburn country park at Largs always do a really good Halloween event. I got chased down a hill by a hillbilly with a chainsaw the last time I went. It’s a bit of a drive but work it I reckon. I know M&Ds theme park in Motherwell usually do something similar but more like a small indoor thing.
