| Comment | It has to start with packaging - I hate seeing "special offer" biscuits wrapped in the special offer wrapping with the original packaging underneath, then open them to find each biscuit in it's own wee wrapper, but the bottom line is people here are just dirty lazy bastards. I had this convo with a guy at work and his take on it was if there were no bins near he would just drop his litter, as if that was the only option. |
