| Comment | The uni is a bit of a trek from the more desirable parts of the Southside, if you go south of the river you'd want to be by the subway stops which are in less fashionable areas. Another option may be the "outer" west of Glasgow, such as Whiteinch, Scotstoun or Anniesland. They will be cheaper than the traditional west end but with a short commute there. Depending how far you would be willing to commute you could go even further out than that and its much cheaper, as Partick train station is very well connected. |
