| Comment | Definitely look further out and commute. I think Airbnb has a big pet to play in the current crisis. I’m my block of flats 20% are AirBnB. Some bought recently by Londoners for the sole purpose to let via AirBnB. Given the number of key locks I see, I think this is probably typical for city centre / west end at least. These flats are missing from the regular housing market. |
