Comment	They were talking about it on the radio and it was quite interesting - basically a mix of as you say 1. deferrals 2. first absolutely full-throttle, 100% on-campus freshers week since 2019. 3. with cost of living, a lot of folk in the eco system who would ordinarily be selling//leaving their rental, aren't and staying put.
