But the root cause of the increased student population is not building new halls and the solution is to increase stock and take as many students as possible out of the private rental market that is being shared broadly across not just student populations. How is that hard to understand? Build, build, build. Affordable housing, social housing, student accommodation. We need ALL of it. |
