I stay in a lower cottage flat and thw damp is terrible. I've done everything I physically can and ended up having to buy two dehumidifiers from amazon at my own expense. It dies help alot and mine are only like bedside table ones. I think they were £55 each. I might have a spare one you can have if it help?
