You have already been given helpful information in the other comment and you are absolutely on the side of the right. It may take longer but be persistent (relentless even), go about it the right way and show you know your rights.
Dehumidifiers are not that expensive to run. There was a thread on this sub if you search where people were sharing what dehumidifiers have and that's where I got advice for mine and I am very happy with it. |
