The Belle on Great Western Road has two booths in either window which would take 8-10 folk. It’s a small pub but music isn’t loud and it’s never mobbed through the day.

Webster’s bar, further down GWR, at the junction of Park Road, is usually quiet unless there’s a play on in the theatre. No music, nice place and they have a snug at the back that is private.

Both have open fires, so with the nights drawing in, they’ll be cozy.
