Bit of a shite weekend. Hard to look forward to the week with the state of things at the moment. Feels like an impossible exercise to try and balance staying informed and conserving my mental health lately. I know good news hardly ever makes the news but fuckin hell it’s a been brutal lately. I’m 100% relying on exercise and endorphin highs to stay sane atm.
