| Comment | It’s right on the doorstep of town, but imo you don’t seem to get the nuisance which that normally entails. Just small bits of asbo now and then, like any other area.
Parking and driving is a pita, esp with the old style parking voucher system (they’ve been saying that they’ll replace that for years and still have not) and 1 way system (still it’s blocked on Renfrew St because of the art school still).
Lots of amenities nearby (albeit lacking a big supermarket and good coffee place). Mixed demographic, loads of people wanting to maintain/improve the area. |
