| Comment | Hi, firstly you might want to give a call to breathing space, mind or the Samaritans. They may not be able to help your finances but might be able to you through the day. If your mental health is so poor, you are thinking about ending it, you can self refer to one of the mental health teams in Glasgow. I only know a few but there is one in Easterhouse (Auchinlea) and another at Stobhill mental health campus. Hopefully they can help.
