My only advice is from experience with English assessments, so hopefully ADP is (as has been said here) a kinder and more humane procedure.

That said, the advice: tell them what your condition is like *on your worst days*. Don't try to hedge with 'sometimes I can...'. I know it's hard (especially if the assessment is on a decent day) but they'll take what you say for their evaluation, and if you say 'sometimes I can make a tea", they'll evaluate it as 'they can make tea'.

My metamour's mum said that on a good day they can boil a potato (or words to that effect), and the response was that that if they could boil a potato then they can make a meal. Which, er, no.

Again, though, this is what we experienced down in England. Hopefully it's better up here, as folks have suggested.
