There was two rows, can’t remember if the one for turning right had a red light, should have been concentrating harder. The left row light up green arrow to go straight ahead, the right row hadn’t lit up. Only realised my mistake after going around. There was still oncoming traffic (I stopped in the Center so didn’t affect them) so I figured the right row must have been still red :/
