| Comment | Oh me too, a long line of them! I'm not entirely sure if from my point of view it's an awareness or if it's 'Do as I say and not as I've done' when it comes to the kids and alcohol! It's hard to know how to build a healthy relationship with alcohol for them. I don't want to make it a mystery or a forbidden thing for them but then again my family normalised drinking to the extreme and I grew up believing that multiple bottles of wine with every single meal was perfectly acceptable and that social drinking meant drinking at every given opportunity! There's an interesting conversation to be had around the whole thing! |
