| Comment | What do you mean you don't have enough documentation to create an account?
I didn't need any documents at all when registering for my HMRC account online, all I needed was an email address and some simple details like D.O.B. N.I number nothing more.
I will say that I got a tax refund sent to my bank after I got a letter saying I was due one, if I didn't request an online payment they would send out a cheque but I got it online no bother.
Also I had signed up for paper free notifications but they still don't do that and send letters periodically. |
