There's a whole load of flats being built in the dennistoun meat market rn that are set to be done in spring 2023 (possibly pushed back). But they've been built up proper quickly and look no bad. Right across from lidl and across from the train station or 15 min walk to town. Could be worth keeping an eye out on them
