My gf failed several times. Once for "not being confident enough". The other time for "pulling out too early". I watched dashcam footage, in both situation she pulled out onto the roundabout while the car on it was on the other side of it.
She was also warned for "cutting" the one lane roundabout as her trajectory was "not round enough" so next time on the same roundabout she went around in perfect circle and they told her she was "too much to the left for someone turning right".
The same examiner failed her as well for "not watching the traffic" as she pulled out after the car from her right slowed down and signalled turning into the side road she was pulling out from, so there was no conflict...
I was so outraged when I saw the footage of those tests that we tried to appeal but it is impossible to appeal examiners decision, you can only appeal on formalities.
So they can basically pull shit out of their arses and there is no mechanism to bring them to scrutiny.
So much money wastes on that shit, and now we moved countries so we have start from scratch again... But at least she know how to drive. She was driving me everywhere on L plates since COVID,.as this is when they suspended all tests and she had to wait for over 20 months for next test available. |
