Just a quick clarification- spouse visas are for partners of British citizens. You would instead be able to apply as a dependent under your wife’s student visa (https://www.gov.uk/student-visa/family-members). Just wanted to point that out to prevent you going down the rabbit hole of requirements a spouse visa entails.
