There's absolutely no such thing as a 'top' University. Universities are graded in their accomplishment in specific fields - Cali is one of the best for business sciences and fields.
University snobhood is fucking stupid for anything not relating to STEM, law or medicine. It all has to follow the same academic requirements to have their degrees recognised and accredited.
