Liverpool fans meet at the Record Factory on Byres Rd, so that might be a shout. Otherwise you can try any number of Rangers bars, although the ones near the stadium would be full of fans going to the game. I doubt there'll be a great atmosphere though as Rangers have gotten destroyed in every game so far in the CL (lol). That would change if they get the first goal....
