When you get past the gates, follow the path around back of the building. If you’re skinnier than me, you might be able to squeeze into the gate they have around the staircase to the second floor.
When you get around back, go to the corner by the other building—you can fit through there to get into the main building. You can also turn right here and take the stairs to the other building.
Once you go in through the back hole, turn left to explore the ground floor, turn right to see the underground bit and find a staircase to the first floor.
