I was last there a couple of months ago. Get to the main gate, turn left and follow the fence along round the corner and you'll come to a bent open bit. To get to the higher levels you need to make your way to the opposite side of the building, inside the fence.
Top tip, there will often be someone else around and you can shout to ask how they got to the bit they are at.
