Comment | This happened to me last week with a contract phone, dpd said it was out for delivery on monday but didnt update any tracking to show it was actually out, nothing came. On Tuesday it said the same thing. I phoned up dpd and they said ohh there was a problem accessing your area on the monday which was total nonsense as i seen a dpd van 3 times while walking the dogs that day.
So when i was told it probably wouldn’t come on the Tuesday aswel due to restrictions to my area, i phoned up the contract provider and told them i wanted to cancel the order and low and behold around 40 mins after they said they would sort it my parcel was updated with tracking details at 3pm. |
