You cane smoke anywhere you want outside but just be aware of people around you. If your smoke is going straight towards poeple near you they'll likely be annoyed. There's plenty of open space in the West end for you to smoke yourself but if it's somewhere semi-busy just be aware of who's around you. If you're in a really busy situation outside it's legal to smoke but pretty shitty. |
