You will definitely be able to be working in a pub depending on area with enough applications. Check your locals, chains etc they will hire you. Asda, tesco etc will if you're lucky. Greggs and fast food are a good bet. On that note - betting shops? Worth a try.

I worked at asda for my first job, then petrol station, then 2 pubs from 18-23 during college/uni and I found volume>quality.

In both pubs i supervised we cursory glanced at the cv and the deciding factor was hours. If you say you can only do daytime it goes in the bin. If you say you can't do past 10pm, in the bin with you. If you can't do weekends, in the bin. Once you work in one pub for a few months most of them will hire you but you need to learn the job when you get in or you'll hate it and get sacked.

Edit: you also didn't say anything about 20-30 hours. You only said 3 hours.
