Used to eat there all the time when I spend a lot of time in Inveraray. Was always amazing. Have sadly heard mixed reviews of the food most recently, though haven't tried it lately myself.
I still think it ticks all OPs boxes. A lovely, scenic drive with what is hopefully great grub.
