Ah crap I didn't know that was on today. If anyone's going, see if the Tyne Chease Company are there - they had truffle cheese and garlic cheese made from cashew when I went a few years ago and I've never forgotten how good it tasted! Sadly a full truckle was way too pricey, but a sample was grand.
