While I doubt Tobin was apart of any conspiracies as such. The journalist who exposed Saville or atleast spent years trying to until he finally died came out the other day and said there was another monster too big to get and will only come out on his death. If the establishment is protecting more it's to protect themselves only reason I can think of anyway.
