| Comment | Thanks for replying. The only number I can see is a number on my next appointment letter (number for appointment cancellations) will call there tomorrow and see if they can help. All my notes are online now, badger notes app. And it’s just maternity assessment at the Princess royal that’s listed. I sincerely hope I can get a replacement matb1 because If I can’t I am screwed. I’m in touch with my union about this and they are not happy but work still refuse to accept the photos of the matb1. Raging |
