Know a few folk in that ballpark in my peer group (late 20s engineering grads), all are in tech/fintech or financial services.

I’m pushing 40 with an engineering degree working in facilities project management about 4-5 years experience. Can see myself topping out at about 50-60 in the current climate after ~10 years or so experience. Would say I’m making enough to be easily comfortable living alone, possibly supporting someone.

Had some big jumps recently, was on mid 20s most of the way through my late teens & 20s
