Even if your GP takes on your prescription (shared care) you have to pay for reviews and until you’re on a medication and dose that works for you these reviews will be every couple of months. I had to pay for my sons medication and reviews whilst he waited on a CAMHS assessment as the GP wouldn’t engage in shared care.
