Coatbridge isn't that bad. A few decent pubs in the town centre. Old Post Office and the Vulcan for example.
You can also visit the Summerlee Industrial History Museum.
You have the choice of two train stations if you want to visit Glasgow. Coatbridge Central and Coatbridge Sunnyside.
Sunnyside has a more regular service to Glasgow Queen Street and you can also reach Edinburgh directly at this station too. |
