And, do people really not see that the NHS has massive financial incentives on this? The higher patient dissatisfaction the less likely people are to try and access resources. GPs with no training can deny referrals for specialist treatments and people don't see *that* as scary? A GP can straight up deny your request if they don't believe ADHD exists, and it still happens a lot.
