Comment | It's just so fucking time consuming and you are duplicating information all over the shop. It's within a public sector organisation and I get that they must be thoroughly transparent when it comes to recruitment etc but there must be a better way to do it? You also wonder how many people see the application process and just don't bother because they quite literally don't have the time to do it, therefore there's plenty of talented people you're not reaching due to this antiquated system. |
