I think they're pointing out the hypocrisy that bus companies will happily rely on subsidies yet continue to cut unprofitable services despite them being necessary for the people who use them. Rather than operating wholly under a free market. They're having their cake and eating it too.
Also they're complaints about the bike companies are expanded upon on another part of their site. The bike issue is that there are competing companies so the services aren't integrated i.e. you cannot drop off a bike from company A at a company B's bike station thingy. |
