Barbers under the bridge is good and pretty consistent but need to book a bit in advance. Most of the walk in ones are hit and miss, iv tried pretty much all of them over the years. Currently sporting a lop sided do courtesey of gold scissors on renfield street as i was in a rush so avoid them.
