I know it's a shitty situation, but it has been rectified. I don't think you'll get any more than your rent back for the 96hr. Even if that.

Keep in mind it sounds like they got a plumber there within 12hrs and you don't even know what the issue was. There could be a legitimate reason they couldn't fix it until they did. A flooded basement isn't usually indicative of a quick fix.

Good luck, I'd just manage your expectations.
