What are your zone parking charge hours? Most end at 6pm , I didn't know any finished at 10pm. Also some zones don't charge on the weekend or more usually just Saturday only, if it is 8am to 10pm you will have to bite the bullet and use 3 if the car is parked all day, 🤷🏻♂️
