Whilst in an unamed Balkan state recently, I observed a man bereft of a domicile reject his indulgences of the previous day(s) quite openly and blatantly at 7am in a city centre park.
We refuse to provide public bathrooms. If I was homeless and cutting about the city centre, where I had the best chance of earning food or money, and I needed to shit, what would I do? Where would I go? |
